Single Day/Concert

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Austinraceparking.com, or Stoney Point Parking (“Stoney Point”) hereby grants a license to “Customer to use up to(1) space(s) (as designated by Stoney Point) in the parking facility located at __8027 Elroy Road Del Valle TX, 78617_ (the “Facility”), for a one day term commencing on the weekend of October 20-22, 2023 between the hours of 7am-11:59PM (the “Commencement Date”). Notwithstanding the foregoing and in addition to any other termination rights granted herein, Stoney Point shall have the right to terminate this agreement (i) immediately upon notice if Stoney Point’s underlying agreement to manage the facility expires or terminates for any reason or Customer breaches any term of this agreement.

During the Term, Customer agrees to pay Stoney Point a parking fee of $60-300 per parking space plus any and all applicable parking taxes (the “Parking Fee”). Parking privileges for each parking space shall be automatically and immediately terminated without notice if the corresponding Parking Fee and late fee for such space is not paid in full by the day of any event. No refunds, credits or allowances shall be granted to the Customer for absence, vacation, or other non-use of such parking privileges at the Facility under this agreement.

Customer agrees to abide by all reasonable rules and regulations, now or in the future, pertaining to the use of the Facility as may from time to time be prescribed by Stoney Point, and further agrees to reimburse Stoney Point for any expenses incurred as a result of violations thereof, including, without limitation, towing expenses for obstructing vehicles, access to the Facility, or any parking space therein. Violation of any such rule or regulation shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement without any refund whatsoever. Any breach of this agreement will result in the removal of the vehicle by tow truck.

CUSTOMER PARKS EACH VEHICLE IN THE FACILITY AT CUSTOMER’S OWN RISK AND ACCEPTS THE FACILITY IN ITS “AS-IS” CONDITION. ONLY A LICENSE TOPARK SAID VEHICLES IS HEREBY GRANTED. NO BAILMENT IS CREATED AND NO PROPERTY INTEREST IS CONVEYED. THIS AGREEMENT CANNOT BE ASSIGNED OR SUBLICENSED BY CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER SHALL LOCK SAID VEHICLES AND RETAIN THE KEYS. STONEY POINT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT, FIRE, VANDALISM, DAMAGE OR LOSS OF VEHICLES OR THEIR COMPONENT PARTS OR PERSONAL PROPERTY THEREIN, HOWEVER CAUSED. THIS AGREEMENT CAN ONLY BE MODIFIED BY A WRITTEN AMENDMENT EXECUTED BY CUSTOMER AND STONEY POINT’S AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE. 

ADDITIONAL RULES 

ABSOLUTELY NO THEFT, VANDALIZATION, LITTERING, RECKLESS DRIVING, VERBAL ABUSE OF ARP TEAM MEMBERS WILL BE TOLERATED AND ALL ARE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE REMOVAL AND ANY DAMAGE WILL BE REPAID BY CUSTOMER IN FULL.

Weekend Pass
