Austin Race Parking Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Austin Race Parking! We are a local, family-run business operating as Austinraceparking.com and Stoney Point Parking (“Stoney Point”). Our mission is to provide the smartest, safest, and most convenient parking experience for the Formula 1 Austin Grand Prix.

These terms and conditions are the agreement you make with us when you purchase a parking pass. Please read them carefully, as they ensure a safe, efficient, and respectful environment for all our guests and our staff.

Austinraceparking.com, or Stoney Point Parking (“Stoney Point”), hereby grants a license to the "Customer" to use one (1) parking space in our facility located at 8027 Elroy Road, Del Valle, TX 78617 (the “Facility”) for the term specified by your purchased pass.

• Single Day / Concert Pass: This license is valid for a one-day term for the specific date purchased during the official Formula 1 Austin GP event weekend, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 11:59 PM.
• Weekend Pass: This license is valid for a three-day term commencing on the official start date of the Formula 1 Austin GP event weekend, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 11:59 PM daily.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Stoney Point reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately upon notice if Customer breaches any term of this agreement.

During the Term, Customer agrees to pay Stoney Point the advertised parking fee for the purchased pass (e.g., f1 austin parking tickets for single days or weekend passes) plus any applicable parking taxes (the “Parking Fee”).

Parking privileges shall be automatically and immediately terminated without notice if the corresponding Parking Fee is not paid in full by the day of the event.

All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or allowances shall be granted to the Customer for absence, vacation, or other non-use of such parking privileges at the Facility under this agreement.

Customer agrees to abide by all reasonable rules and regulations, now or in the future, pertaining to the use of the Facility as may from time to time be prescribed by Stoney Point. Customer further agrees to reimburse Stoney Point for any expenses incurred as a result of violations thereof, including, without limitation, towing expenses for obstructing vehicles, access to the Facility, or any parking space therein.

Violation of any such rule or regulation shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement without any refund whatsoever. Any breach of this agreement may result in the removal of the vehicle by tow truck at the Customer's expense.

CUSTOMER PARKS EACH VEHICLE IN THE FACILITY AT CUSTOMER’S OWN RISK AND ACCEPTS THE FACILITY IN ITS “AS-IS” CONDITION. ONLY A LICENSE TO PARK SAID VEHICLES IS HEREBY GRANTED. NO BAILMENT IS CREATED AND NO PROPERTY INTEREST IS CONVEYED. THIS AGREEMENT CANNOT BE ASSIGNED OR SUBLICENSED BY CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER SHALL LOCK SAID VEHICLES AND RETAIN THE KEYS. STONEY POINT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT, FIRE, VANDALISM, DAMAGE OR LOSS OF VEHICLES OR THEIR COMPONENT PARTS OR PERSONAL PROPERTY THEREIN, HOWEVER CAUSED. THIS AGREEMENT CAN ONLY BE MODIFIED BY A WRITTEN AMENDMENT EXECUTED BY CUSTOMER AND STONEY POINT’S AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.

To ensure a safe and positive experience for all guests at our Austin GP parking lot, the following are strictly prohibited and are grounds for immediate removal without refund:

• ABSOLUTELY NO THEFT, VANDALIZATION, OR LITTERING.
• ABSOLUTELY NO RECKLESS DRIVING OR SPEEDING IN THE LOT.
• RESPECT FOR OUR TEAM: Any verbal abuse, harassment, or failure to follow the instructions of Austin Race Parking team members will not be tolerated. (We're the friendly family in Image 16, and we appreciate your cooperation!)
• Any damage caused by the Customer will be repaid by the Customer in full.

Austinraceparking.com (Stoney Point Parking) is an independent, family-run company offering parking for race events. We are not affiliated with Circuit of the Americas™, Formula 1™, Nascar, or Moto GP.
